Phase I property acquisition for new facility
The initial phase of this project is budgeted at $425,000. The property is 19.5 acres located 5 miles east of Inverness, FL on SR44. The property is strategically located, with easy access to State Forests, Preserves, Urban, Water and commercial areas for diverse training opportunities.
We are currently seeking funding for this first phase of our expansion project. The organization desperately needs the additional space to accommodate the heightened demand for our trained bloodhounds in law enforcement. Please donate today, and be part of our mission!

Phase II Construction of kennel and classroom training facility
Immediately upon completion of Phase I (property acquisition), we will turn our attention to building a state-of-the-art kennel and classroom training facility. When completed, it will allow law enforcement personnel to learn how to handle their new bloodhound---because the trained bloodhound is only part of the team---they rely on the active knowledge and participation of their deputy handlers. This facility will afford us the opportunity to teach handlers the skills necessary to work as an effective team for their community.
Phase II is budgeted at $375,000.

Phase III Construction of lodging facility
The final phase of our project is budgeted at $346,000. The construction of an onsite lodging facility will allow handler-trainees to concentrate full attention to the learning process, and allow under-funded departments to send their deputies without undue expense.
This phase is the final one in our $1.2 million project.
