Phase I property acquisition for new facility-–We’ve arrived!
The initial phase of this project is budgeted at $425,000, and has come in at just under $400,000. The property is 19.5 acres located 5 miles east of Inverness, FL on SR44. The property is strategically located, with easy access to State Forests, Preserves, Urban, Water and commercial areas for diverse training opportunities.
We are currently seeking recurring funding for this first phase of our expansion project. Whether it’s $10 a month, or $200 a month, your donation will assure that the modifications and maintenance of the new property will be realized. Phase III Construction of lodging facility
The final phase of our project is budgeted at $346,000. The construction of an onsite lodging facility will allow handler-trainees to concentrate full attention to the learning process, and allow under-funded departments to send their deputies without undue expense.
